Write to support@fornetto-co.com and a person answers within one business day. Approved claims are repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
Orders leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5-8 business days and shipping is free on the ice maker.
Changed your mind? Send it back within 30 days in its original packaging for a full refund. If it arrived faulty, return shipping is on us.
Textiles
Two square cushions in deep forest green. Cotton velvet has a dense short pile that recovers after somebody sits on it — polyester velvet flattens and shines.
Dense and matte. It absorbs light rather than reflecting it like polyester.
Both cushions arrive filled, no separate purchase.

01 — The fibre
Polyester velvet catches light and goes shiny where anyone leans, and the flattening is permanent. Cotton pile stands back up. It is the single thing to check when buying velvet.
02 — The colour
Forest green reads as a neutral next to oak, cream and charcoal. Bright jewel tones date within a season.
03 — The pair
Two well-filled cushions on a three-seater look intentional. Four look like a showroom and get pushed onto the floor.
