Two years on every Fornetto appliance, handled by us — not passed to a third party.
What is covered
Two years from the delivery date, against defects in materials and workmanship:
- Compressor and refrigeration circuit
- Auger and ice-making assembly
- Control board, sensors, buttons and display
- Pump and water circuit
- Fans and internal wiring
- The bin, tank and lid against cracking under normal use
What is not covered
- Damage from drops, impacts or moving the machine while full
- Scale damage from skipping descaling or running without a filter in hard water
- Running the machine on the wrong voltage
- Normal cosmetic wear — scratches, scuffs, faded printing
- Consumables: filters, descaling powder, the scoop
- Units bought from a third-party seller rather than fornetto-co.com
- Repairs or modifications carried out by anyone other than us
How to make a claim
- Email support@fornetto-co.com with your order number and what the machine is doing.
- Add a short video if the problem is a noise or a cycle that will not finish — it usually saves a round trip.
- We reply within one business day with a decision or a question.
- Approved claims are repaired or replaced at no cost to you, return shipping included.
We do not ask for the original box, the receipt or a warranty card. Your order number is enough.
Getting the full two years out of it
- Run the self-clean monthly. It takes ten minutes and prevents the scale that kills these machines.
- Change the filter every three months. In hard water, sooner.
- Empty the tank if the machine will sit unused for more than a week.
- Give it room to breathe — a few inches behind and to the sides so the compressor can vent.
